Usage instructions:


  • For preventative measures, combine 1 tablespoon (6 scoops) of powder with 4-8 oz of hot water. Take twice a day.


  • For treatment and recovery, combine 1.5 tablespoons (10 scoops) of powder with 4-8 oz of hot water. Take three times a day.


  • Children age 5-13 take half the dosage. Children under 5 take one third the dosage.
